Low Cost Counselling

What is counselling...

Counselling offers a safe space for someone to talk about the things that concern him or her with someone who actively listens, doesn't judge and provides support.

The aim is to help people gain a better understanding of their problems and find ways of coming up with their own answers.

It can help with a wide range of concerns such as

  • Abuse
  • Anger

  • Change
  • Depression
